ResponsibilitiesThe Investment Grade Debt Capital Markets team originates debt instruments for our corporate, financial and sovereign client base. Clients are among the largest companies located across North and South America, spanning across sectors. The DCM team works in collaboration with coverage, ECM, M&A, syndicate, sales and trading, derivatives and other core investment banking teams, as they seek to originate transactions and advise on capital structure – both for regular course financing as well as special situations.
