ResponsibilitiesTechnology Investment banking is a core business line of GLBA, and is responsible for the origination and execution of all investment banking transactions by Societe Generale Americas. The emphasis will be the broader software sector within Technology Investment Banking. This will include equity origination [IPO’s Follow-Ons], M&A and Leveraged Finance debt origination.
